Ciabatta /tʃəˈbætə/

I come across this word which intrigue me to speculate more on this. One of the reason because I love to jot down the words I learn and gastronomy jargon.

Frankly, I didn;t get the clear idea of ciabatta.

Wikipedia say it is made up of Wheat flour and yeastImage

later on , another source showed me this

A type of flattish, open-textured Italian bread with a floury crust, made with olive oil.

which one should I trust?? Big head me know….Btw, I enjoy writting this kind of post , and now I decided to write a new post title ” Gastronomy jargon”!
